Originally from Haiti, born in New York, raised in Montreal, Rachelle Jeanty has been singing professionally for the past 17 years. She has toured the world for two years with superstar Celine Dion and has performed at the Montreal Jazz Festival and Les Francofolies de Montreal. Her most recent jazz project ''RJ's Jazz Quartet'' transpires with intensity and reveals the maturity of the singer, as well as of her chosen musicians. Composed of a turkish drummer, a japanese
bassist and german pianist and co-arranger, the blazing quartet met at the Heart of Berlin's multi-kulti world, and are soon to succesfully integrate the international Jazz scene.
While giving many soul and gospel concerts in Europe, Rachelle has also been successfully conducting her ''COME AND FEEL THE JOY OF THE SPIRIT'' vocal workshop in Italy, Germany,
Austria, France and Morocco.
